1. Send your image and measurements

Please email your image or photo, the width and height of your space and delivery country to contact@portuguesetiles.co.uk

2. Receive your design and quotation 

We will prepare a mock-up of your design for approval, and send you a quotation.

3. Approve and Pay

Once you approve the design and quotation, we will email you an invoice with a link for secure payment by debit, credit card or PayPal.    

4. We produce your tiles 

Every tile is carefully hand painted in Portugal by skilled artisans using traditional techniques, with close attention to colour, detail and quality.

Custom tiles are shipped within 7–8 weeks. 

5. Your order is delivered

Our tiles are packed with extra care to ensure safe delivery.
