- Tile murals are not assembled before shipping.
- Mural tiles ship individually wrapped and numbered for easy installation.
When will you ship my order?
- Orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks from purchase date.
How do you pack and ship tiles?
- Our tiles are packed with extra care to ensure safe delivery.
- We use strong double thickness boxes that are securely taped with parcel and fragile tape.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
- Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number.
What happens if my tiles arrive damaged?
- If your tiles arrive damaged, please email us photos of the damaged tiles and we’ll send replacement tiles free of charge.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
As our tiles are hand painted and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send us photos of the tiles and we’ll be happy to arrange a free replacement.

What size are the tiles?
Our tiles are 15cm x 15cm or 5.9″ x 5.9″.
How thick are the tiles?
The tiles are 4mm thick.
What is the background colour of the tiles?
The background colour is off-white.
Are the tiles suitable for use in showers?
- They are perfectly suitable for use in showers and their colours will never fade.
- We have many customers who have tiled their complete bathrooms and showers using our tiles.
Will these tiles hold up in cold weather?
- All our tiles are suitable for cold, snow, rain or heat.
- They will not crack, chip or fade in any kind of weather.
Can the tiles be used close to hot surfaces?
- Yes, they can be used behind a cooker as a decorative splashback without any problem.
How do I install my tile mural?
- All tiles are numbered on the back to help with assembly.
- Tile 1 starts on the top left corner. Lay tiles from left to right.
- We recommend leaving a 1-2mm grout line between the tiles.
- It is recommended that you use a professional tiler to install your tiles.

Do you sell plain white tiles?
- Yes, we sell plain white tiles to match with our tile murals.
Custom Orders
Do you do custom tiles?
- Our murals can be expanded, reduced or customised to fit your space.
- We also gladly accept custom orders so whatever you like, we will create!
- You can send us the photos of your project and we'll be happy to make it.
